You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs through your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used for abuse, security risk, payment failure, or violation of these terms.

Paid credits, subscriptions, and other purchases are billed according to the checkout terms shown at purchase.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, charge reversals, or prorated returns for unused time, unused credits, generated content, account inactivity, or dissatisfaction with outputs.

If a purchase fails, is reversed by a payment provider, or appears fraudulent, we may reduce credits, pause generation, or restrict account access.

AI-generated outputs may contain mistakes. You should review outputs before relying on them for academic, professional, legal, medical, financial, or other important decisions.

notebaseAI is designed to ground responses in your sources, but generated content is not a substitute for expert review.

We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, reliability, security, legal compliance, or product changes.
